Celphix is an AI voice agent platform for business phone calls, built by Celphix LLC, a US company founded in 2025. Each Celphix agent follows the script a business writes, holds a natural phone conversation in English, and hands the call to a person when it matters. The business stays in control the whole time: its team can read any call as it happens, listen live, take the call over, or transfer it in one click.

What Celphix does

Celphix agents make business phone calls on a company's behalf. Each agent is shaped to its job through its script. The business decides what the agent says, and the agent says it the same way on every call, while handling questions, objections and interruptions naturally.

Businesses use Celphix agents for lead qualification and follow-up, customer support calls, appointment, renewal and payment reminders, order and booking confirmations, and outbound campaigns to their own leads and customers.

Agents speak natural English with US and UK accents, and connect to the phone systems and numbers a business already uses.

How Celphix works responsibly

Every script is checked automatically before any call goes out, and scripts written for scams, impersonation or deceptive calling can't run. Celphix doesn't work with scam operations, whatever they offer to pay. Customer data is hosted in the United States and is never sold.
