Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: August 4, 2026

1. What this policy covers

This policy sets out what you may never do with Celphix, and what we do when it happens. It is part of our Terms of Service and applies to every account, user, script, and call, including free tests and trials.

One rule sits above all others: the Service may never be used to deceive, defraud, or harm the people you call.

2. Never allowed

You may not use the Service, or let anyone use it, to:

Deceive or defraud

  • run any scam, fraud, or deceptive scheme, whatever you are paid or promise to pay
  • impersonate a government agency, court, police, bank, utility, technology company, or any person or business you are not
  • offer fake refunds, prizes, grants, debt relief, or other benefits that don't exist
  • run tech support scams, or ask anyone to install software or give remote access to a device
  • ask for passwords, one-time codes, bank logins, or full card numbers
  • ask for payment by gift card, cryptocurrency, or wire transfer under pressure

Threaten or pressure

  • threaten arrest, lawsuits, deportation, account closure, or other harm
  • harass, abuse, or intimidate anyone

Hide who is calling

  • claim the assistant is a human, or deny it is an AI when asked
  • hide or misstate your business name
  • display a caller ID number you are not authorized to use

Break calling rules

  • call anyone who has asked not to be called
  • call emergency lines, hospitals, or other numbers where calls could cause harm
  • sell or promote anything illegal where you or the called person are

Misuse voices

  • clone or use anyone's voice without their clear consent

Harm the platform

  • share, resell, or rent your access without our written permission
  • copy, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the Service
  • test the Service's security without our written permission

3. Script red flags and warnings

Every script is checked automatically when it is loaded. A script containing a red flag cannot place any call.

Red flags include, but are not limited to:

  • claiming to be from a government agency, court, police, or a well-known company
  • offering refunds, prizes, grants, or debt forgiveness the caller has not applied for
  • threats of arrest, legal action, fines, or account suspension
  • requests for gift cards, cryptocurrency, wire transfers, or remote device access
  • requests for passwords, one-time codes, bank logins, or full card numbers
  • instructions for the assistant to deny being an AI

We update the list as new patterns appear.

How warnings work:

  1. Each red flag in a loaded script blocks that script and gives your account a warning, shown in the script editor and sent by email.
  2. A second red flag gives a second warning.
  3. A third red flag terminates your account.

Warnings count across your whole account and are recorded. We may also terminate immediately, without warnings, where we find evidence of actual fraud.

4. Testing, reviews, and mistaken blocks

Red flags count the same whether a script is real, a test of the platform's limits, or made for a video or review. Because a flagged script can't place calls, testing harms no one, but each red flag still counts as a warning.

Legitimate scripts can sometimes trigger a red flag, for example an insurance script that honestly mentions a government program. If you believe a block is a mistake, contact us at support@celphix.com. We will review it, and if we agree, remove the warning and unblock the script.

5. Our rights to review and act

To enforce this policy, we may at any time:

  • review scripts, call transcripts, call records, and account activity
  • run random audits of any account
  • block scripts, pause assistants, or suspend or terminate accounts
  • keep records of warnings, blocks, and actions taken
  • share information with telephony providers, regulators, or law enforcement where the law requires it or where we believe it is needed to prevent harm

We are not obliged to monitor every call, and choosing not to act in one case does not waive our right to act later.

6. Reporting misuse

If you received a call you believe misused Celphix, or you see misuse of the Service, report it to support@celphix.com with the date, time, and number that called you.
