Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 27, 2026

1. Who we are and our two roles

Celphix LLC, a company registered in Delaware, USA, operates Celphix. We handle two different kinds of data, and our role differs for each:

  • Your account data (your business details, your users, how you use the platform). We decide how this is used, and this policy explains how.
  • Your call data (your lead lists, the people you call, and what is said on your calls). You, the business, decide who is called and why. We process this data only on your behalf, to provide the Service, following your instructions.

If you were called by an assistant on our platform, the business that called you is responsible for that call and its data. Section 7 explains what to do.

3. How we use it

  • To provide the Service: placing and managing calls, live monitoring, takeover, transfers, and reporting.
  • To review Command Center applications and manage your account.
  • To bill you and keep financial records.
  • To keep the Service secure, and to enforce our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy, including script checks, warnings, and audits.
  • To fix problems and improve the Service.
  • To produce aggregated, anonymized statistics that identify no business or person, such as average response times across the platform, which we may use in our marketing.
  • To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your call data for our own marketing.

4. Who we share it with, and where it is stored

We share data only with:

  • Service providers we rely on to run the platform: cloud hosting, and AI model providers that turn call speech into replies. They receive only what is needed to perform that work.
  • Your telephony providers, which carry your calls through the accounts you connect.
  • Authorities, where the law requires it, or where we believe it is needed to prevent fraud or harm.
  • A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or reorganized, under the same protections.

A list of our service providers is available on request.

Your data is stored in the United States. If you are outside the US, by using the Service you understand your data will be transferred to and processed there.

5. Security

  • Telephony credentials are stored encrypted, and access to them is restricted to what is needed to run your calls.
  • Access to data within our team is limited to those who need it.
  • Actions on the platform are logged.
  • You can disconnect your telephony and revoke our access at any time.

No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you without undue delay.

6. How long we keep it

  • Account data and billing records: while your account is active, then as long as needed for legal, tax, and dispute purposes.
  • Call data (transcripts, call records, recordings): 30 days, unless you delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it.
  • Warnings, blocks, and enforcement records: as long as needed to protect the Service and others.
  • Telephony credentials: deleted when you disconnect or your account closes.
  • Aggregated, anonymized statistics: may be kept indefinitely, since they identify no one.

7. Your rights, and the people you call

Our clients can ask to see, correct, export, or delete their account data by contacting support@celphix.com. Some records may be kept where the law requires.

People who were called. The business that called you controls that data. Contact that business directly with any request, including asking not to be called again. If you can't reach them, write to support@celphix.com with the date, time, and number that called you, and we will pass your request to the business and help it respond.

The Service is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.

8. AI processing, changes, and contact

Call speech is processed by AI systems to understand callers and produce replies in real time. We do not use your call data to train our own AI models without your consent.

We may update this policy and will notify you by email or on the platform before changes take effect.
